The Tablet Friability Test Apparatus is designed to determine the mechanical strength and durability of tablets during handling, packaging, and transportation. This equipment evaluates the ability of tablets to withstand abrasion and mechanical shocks by rotating them in a transparent drum under controlled conditions.

The apparatus consists of one or two acrylic drums that rotate at a preset speed, allowing tablets to tumble and drop repeatedly. After the test cycle, tablets are weighed to determine the percentage of weight loss, which indicates the friability of the tablets. This test is an essential quality control procedure in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

The system features a digital control panel with RPM and timer display, ensuring accurate and reproducible testing. The transparent drum allows easy observation of tablet movement during the testing process.
