The DR Labs horizontal autoclave units are made of stainless steel to ensure corrosion resistance surface. Tipple walled construction ensures excellent level of safety. Boiler is fitted separately and connected to the chamber. Water level indicator is also attached to the boiler. Automatic low water cut-off is optional and fitted on demand only. Each unit is fitted with automatic pressure control switch; it is capable to manage pressure between 15 psi to 20 psi with accuracy of ±1 psi. User can easily set the desired temperature with the help of digital controller fitted on the front side of the unit. In order to achieve trustable tight sealing of door, we always use neoprene rubber gasket. In order to make our horizontal autoclave well suited to your application and to make your work easier, we offer a range of optional accessories. HMI control option is also available. Before supplying to customer, our horizontal autoclaves are tested up to 30 psi pressure along with other parameters such as leakage, power control, temperature control, safety valves and important parts of the machine.
