1. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting Shresha Biotek as soon as possible after placing the order.
Cancellation requests are subject to the current status of the order.
An order can generally be cancelled before it has been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable return procedure.
2. How to Request Cancellation

- Mobile Number
- Reason for Cancellation
Cancellation requests should preferably be submitted through the email address used to place the order.
3. Cancellation Before Dispatch
If the cancellation request is received and approved before the order is dispatched, the order will be cancelled.
Where payment has already been received, the eligible refund will be initiated according to our refund process.
4. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be accepted.
If the customer no longer requires the product after dispatch, the customer may be required to receive the shipment and request a return, where the product is eligible for return under our Refund & Returns Policy.
Return shipping charges may apply depending on the circumstances.
5. Cancellation of Special or Customized Products
Orders for the following products may not be cancellable once processing has started:
- Customized products
- Specially manufactured products
- Special-order products
- Products procured specifically for the customer
- Products requiring advance procurement
- Products requiring customization or modification
- Certain medical, laboratory or specialized equipment
Where cancellation is possible, applicable cancellation or procurement charges may be deducted from the refund.
6. Bulk Orders
Cancellation of bulk or institutional orders may be subject to separate terms.
If procurement, manufacturing, customization, transportation or other processing has already started, the customer may be responsible for costs already incurred by Shresha Biotek.
The applicable terms will be communicated to the customer where required.
7. Products Available Through Enquiry
Some products displayed on our website are available through Price Enquiry / Product Enquiry rather than direct online purchase.
For such products, cancellation terms may be communicated separately during the quotation or order confirmation process.
8. Cancellation by Shresha Biotek
Shresha Biotek reserves the right to cancel an order in certain circumstances, including:
- Product becoming unavailable
- Incorrect product information
- Incorrect pricing caused by technical or typographical errors
- Supplier or manufacturer discontinuing a product
- Delivery location being unserviceable
- Payment or transaction issues
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

If Shresha Biotek cancels an order for which payment has already been received, an eligible refund will generally be initiated.
9. Incorrect Pricing

If payment has already been received, the eligible amount will be refunded to the customer.
10. Refund After Cancellation
If a cancellation is approved and a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed after the cancellation has been confirmed.
The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account may depend on:
- Payment method
- Bank
- Card issuer
- Payment gateway
- Financial institution
Shresha Biotek is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways or other third-party financial institutions.
11. Shipping Charges
If an order has already been dispatched, shipping or logistics charges may not be refundable.
For cancelled orders before dispatch, any applicable charges will be handled according to the circumstances of the order.
12. Payment Gateway Charges
Where applicable, payment gateway, transaction or other processing charges may be non-refundable, subject to the terms of the payment service provider and applicable law.
13. Cancellation Due to Customer Error
Customers are responsible for checking the following information before completing an order:
- Product
- Quantity
- Size/specification
- Delivery address
- Billing information
- Contact information
If an order needs to be cancelled because incorrect information was provided by the customer, cancellation will depend on the order status.
If the order has already been processed or dispatched, additional charges may apply.
14. Cancellation and Return Policy
Cancellation and returns are separate processes.
If an order has already been delivered, it cannot normally be treated as a simple cancellation. The customer must follow the applicable Refund & Returns Policy.
15. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions
Shresha Biotek may cancel or hold an order if a transaction appears suspicious, unauthorized or potentially fraudulent.
Additional verification may be requested before an order is processed.
